In preparing the financial statements, Management is responsible for assessing the Entity’s ability to con-tinue as a going concern, for disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern, and for using the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements unless Management either intends to liquidate the Entity or to cease operations, or has no realistic alternative but to do so. </arr:StatementOfExecutiveAndSupervisoryBoardsResponsibilityForFinancialStatements>
<arr:StatementOfAuditorsResponsibilityForAuditAndAuditPerformed contextRef="ctx-1" id="pp-value-13-1" xml:lang="en">Auditor's responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance as to whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor's report that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit con-ducted in accordance with ISAs and the additional requirements applicable in Denmark will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered mate-rial if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements. As part of an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs and the additional requirements applicable in Den-mark, we exercise professional judgement and maintain professional scepticism throughout the audit. We also • Identify and assess the risks of material misstatement of the financial statements, whether due to fraud or error, design and perform audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not detecting a material misstatement resulting from fraud is higher than for one resulting from error, as fraud may involve collusion, forgery, intentional omissions, misrepresentations, or the override of internal control. • Obtain an understanding of internal control relevant to the audit in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the Entity's internal control. • Evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting estimates and related disclosures made by Management. • Conclude on the appropriateness of Management's use of the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements, and, based on the audit evidence obtained, whether a material uncertainty exists related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the Entity's ability to continue as a going concern. If we conclude that a material uncertainty exists, we are required to draw attention in our auditor's report to the related disclosures in the financial statements or, if such disclosures are inadequate, to modify our opinion. Our conclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up to the date of our auditor's report. However, future events or conditions may cause the Entity to cease to continue as a going concern. • Evaluate the overall presentation, structure and content of the financial statements, including the disclosures in the notes, and whether the financial statements represent the underlying transactions and events in a manner that gives a true and fair view. We communicate with those charged with governance regarding, among other matters, the planned scope and timing of the audit and significant audit findings, including any significant deficiencies in internal control that we identify during our audit. </arr:StatementOfAuditorsResponsibilityForAuditAndAuditPerformed>

<mrv:StatementOfPolicyForDataEthics contextRef="ctx-1" id="pp-value-38-1" xml:lang="en">Statement on data ethics In accordance with section 99d of the Danish Financial Statements Act, the Company has a data ethics policy, which forms the basis of how we work with data. The Company is a subsidiary of the insurance company If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd (publ.) and responsible for the IT services within the If group (“If”). Consequently, the Company handles a large amount of personal data - for example when selling insurances and handling claims or employee issues - and the focus is to secure that all processing of personal data is done in a lawful, fair and transparent manner. The Company follows all policies applicable to If, including If’s Personal Data Policy and If’s Ethics policy, which contain certain aspects of data ethics. The guiding principle for processing of personal data is to always safeguard the individuals’ (usually the customers’ or employees’) personal integrity and to protect their personal information. In addition, individuals have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. In general, If strives to ensure that data and new technologies are used in a responsible and sustainable manner. If always seeks to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks involved in processing data. If uses artificial intelligence to support the daily work, for example to assess risks and to give our customers a good and efficient customer experience. To ensure responsible use of artificial intelligence, AI systems should be lawful, ethical and robust. Therefore, it is continuously discussed what a responsible and desirable development is and what can be done to prevent undesirable development in this area. The aim is that the data, system and AI business models should be transparent, and AI systems and their decisions should be explained in a manner adapted to the stakeholder concerned. If has ethics guidelines for the concept of trustworthy AI based on certain key requirements, such as technical robustness and safety, transparency, diversity, non-discrimination and fairness. If will periodically review and revise the data ethics principles to reflect the evolving technologies. </mrv:StatementOfPolicyForDataEthics>
<mrv:StatementOfTargetFiguresAndPoliciesForTheUnderrepresentedGender contextRef="ctx-1" id="pp-value-39-1" xml:lang="en">Operating review Targets and Policy for the Underrepresented Gender This section constitutes the Company’s statutory report on the underrepresented gender in accordance with Section 99 b of the Danish Financial Statements Act. Until 19 December 2025, the Board of Directors consisted of one male chairman and two female members, and the Company therefore did not have a policy or targets for the underrepresented gender. Following the changes in the Board’s composition, the Board now consists of three female members. At the Board meeting on 26 March 2026, the Board of Directors adopted a policy for promoting the repre-sentation of the underrepresented gender in accordance with section 139 c of the Danish Company Act. Although the Board currently consists entirely of women, the policy aims to ensure continued focus on maintaining an appropriate gender balance over time. The policy includes measures such as ensuring that both genders are represented in the pool of candidates for future Board appointments, integrating diversity considerations into the nomination process, and periodically evaluating the gender composition of the Board. The Board will review the policy annually and assess whether additional initiatives are required. In accordance with the policy, the Company has established a target for the proportion of general meet-ing‑elected Board members belonging to the underrepresented gender. The target is that at least 1 out of 3 general meeting‑elected Board members, corresponding to 33%, shall belong to the underrepresented gender no later than the end of 2029. The time horizon reflects the new Board composition established in 2025. As the Board currently consists of three female members, the Company does not meet the newly estab-lished target. The target is expected to be achieved by the end of 2029 in accordance with the defined time horizon. In future nominations to the general meeting, the Board will work actively to increase the propor-tion of the underrepresented gender. No targets have been set for the proportion of the underrepresented gender at the Company’s other man-agement levels, nor has a policy been prepared for such levels, as If IT Services employed fewer than 50 employees in the 2025 financial year and had only one person (the CEO) at management level 1 and no employees in other management layers. In the following four financial years, the Company will continue to supplement the overview with information for the relevant fi-nancial years. 2025 2026 2027 2028 2029 Board of Directors Total number of members 3 Total number of general meeting-elected members 3 Underrepresented gender (%) 0 Target (%) 33 Other management levels Total number of employees 0 </mrv:StatementOfTargetFiguresAndPoliciesForTheUnderrepresentedGender>

On initial recognition, assets and liabilities are measured at cost. Measurement subsequent to initial recognition is effected as described below for each financial statement item. Anticipated risks and losses that arise before the time of presentation of the annual report and that confirm or invalidate affairs and conditions existing at the balance sheet date are considered at recognition and measurement. Income is recognised in the income statement when earned, whereas costs are recognised by the amounts attributable to this financial year. Foreign currency translation On initial recognition, transactions denominated in foreign currencies are translated at the average exchange rate for the month. Foreign exchange differences arising between the exchange rates at the transaction date and the date of payment are recognized in the income statement as financial income or financial expenses. Receivables, payables and other monetary items denominated in foreign currencies are translated at the exchange rates at the balance sheet date. The difference between the exchange rates at the balance sheet date and the date at which the receivable or payable arose or was recognized in the latest financial state-ments is recognized in the income statement as financial income or financial expenses. Upon recognition of foreign subsidiaries which are integrated entities, monetary items are translated at the exchange rates at the balance sheet date. Non-monetary items are translated at the exchange rates at the date of acquisition or the date of subsequent revaluations of the asset. Income statement items are trans-lated at the exchange rates at the transaction date, whereas items derived from non-monetary items are translated at historical exchange rates for the non-monetary item. Income statement Revenue Revenue is measured at the fair value of the agreed consideration excluding VAT and taxes charged on behalf of third parties. All discounts granted are deducted from revenue. Revenue from the sale of services is recognized on a straight-line basis in the income statement as the services are provided. Services based on time spent are recognized in revenue as the work is performed. Cost of sales Cost of sales comprises costs incurred to generate revenue for the year. This item also comprises direct costs for goods for resale and charges to inventory of goods for resale. Other external costs Other external costs comprise costs for distribution and sales costs, cost for advertising, administrative ex-penses, cost of premises, etc. Staff costs Staff costs comprise wages and salaries. including holiday allowances, pension and other social security costs, excluding reimbursements from public authorities. Financial income and expenses Financial income and expenses comprise interest income and expense, gains and losses on payables and receivables and transactions denominated in foreign currencies, amortization of financial assets etc. Tax on profit for the year Tax for the year comprises current tax for the year and changes in deferred tax, including changes in tax rates. The tax expense relating to the profit/loss for the year is recognized in the income statement at the amount attributable to the profit/loss for the year and directly in equity at the amount attributable to entries directly in equity. Balance sheet Property, plant and equipment The assets consist of IT hardware. It is measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and impairment losses. Cost comprises the purchase price and any costs directly attributable to the acquisition until the date on which the asset is available for use. The basis of depreciation is cost less any projected residual value after the end of the useful life. Depreciation is provided on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful life. The estimated useful lives are as follows: Fixtures and fittings, tools and equipment: Workstation hardware 48 months Mobile phone hardware 36 months The useful life and residual value are reassessed annually. Changes are treated as accounting estimates and the effect on depreciation is recognized prospectively. Depreciation is recognized in the income statement as Depreciation cost. Gains and losses on the disposal of assets are stated as the difference between the selling price less selling costs and the carrying amount at the date of disposal. Gains and losses are recognized in the income state-ment. Impairment of fixed assets The carrying amount of tools and equipment is subject to an annual test for indications of impairment other than the decrease in value reflected by depreciation or amortization. Impairment tests are conducted of individual assets or groups of assets when there is an indication that they may be impaired. Write-down is made to the recoverable amount if this is lower than the carrying amount. The recoverable amount is the higher of an asset's net selling price and its value in use. The value in use is determined as the present value of the forecast net cash flows from the use of the asset or the group of assets, including forecast net cash flows from the disposal of the asset or the group of assets after the end of the useful life. Previously recognized write-downs are reversed when the basis for the write-down no longer exists. Receivables Receivables are measured at amortized cost. Write-down is made for bad debt losses where there is an objective indication that a receivable has been impaired. If there is an objective indication that an individual receivable has been impaired, write-down is made on an individual basis. Write-downs are calculated as the difference between the carrying amount of receivables and the present value of forecast cash flows, including the realizable value of any collateral received. The effective interest rate for the individual receivable or portfolio is used as discount rate. Prepayments and deferred income Prepayments comprise prepayment of costs incurred relating to subsequent financial years. Deferred in-come comprises payments received regarding income in subsequent years. Equity Dividends The expected dividend payment for the year is disclosed as a separate item under equity. Corporation tax and deferred tax Current tax payable and receivable is recognized in the balance sheet as tax computed on the taxable income for the year, adjusted for tax on the taxable income of prior years and for tax paid on account. Deferred tax is measured using the balance sheet liability method on all temporary differences between the carrying amount and the tax value of assets and liabilities measured on the planned use of the asset or settlement of the liability, respectively. However, deferred tax is not recognized on temporary differences relating to office buildings non-deductible for tax purposes and other items where temporary differences arise at the date of acquisition without affecting either profit/loss or taxable income. Deferred tax assets, including the tax value of tax loss carryforwards, are recognized at the expected value of their utilization within the foreseeable future; either as a set-off against tax on future income or as a set-off against deferred tax liabilities in the same legal tax entity. Any deferred net assets are measured at net realizable value. Deferred tax is measured in accordance with the tax rules and at the tax rates applicable at the balance sheet date when the deferred tax is expected to crystallize as current tax. Changes in deferred tax as a result of changes in tax rates are recognized in the income statement or equity, respectively. Liabilities other than provisions Liabilities are measured at amortized cost, which usually corresponds to nominal value. </fsa:DisclosureOfAccountingPolicies>
